Items from Lost Division London can be purchased via two distinct channels:

Via Etsy: Through our official Etsy storefront using their integrated checkout system. Please note that purchases made via Etsy are subject to Etsy's platform-specific policies rather than these direct terms. 

Processing & Dispatch Time

Shipping, Delivery & International Orders

International Deliveries: We welcome international buyers. Please note that for all direct invoice sales, the buyer is entirely responsible for any local customs duties, import clearances, or local taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country. 

Damage in Transit: In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of both the damaged item and the packaging so we can initiate a carrier claim. 

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: You must notify us and initiate your return within 14 days of receiving the item. 

Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned to us in their original, unaltered condition. 

Return Postage: The buyer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked/recorded service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

Refund Processing: All returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment card within 5 working days.
